According to an article appearing in the November 2000 issue of Catnip, a magazine for caring cat owners published by Tufts University of Veterinary Medicine, your cat will age 42 human years in its first 3 cat years. At 1 cat year it is already 24 human years old. After it turns 42 on its 3rd birthday, it will age approximately 3 human years for every 1 cat year.
